From clients: business name, address, phone, email, Google Business Profile tokens, website credentials, payment info (via Stripe — we don't store card details).
From end users: phone numbers, email addresses, call recordings and transcripts, SMS/email content, Google reviews.
Automatically: GA4 traffic data, usage logs.
To operate the service, send SMS review requests, transcribe calls, generate review replies, optimise Google Business Profiles, provide analytics, improve AI models, and comply with legal obligations.
Messages sent on behalf of the business. Every SMS includes a STOP opt-out. Opt-outs are processed immediately. No unsolicited marketing SMS.
Calls may be recorded and transcribed. Transcripts shared only with the business owner. AI agent disclosed at call start. Recordings retained for 30 days then deleted.
