You confirm an existing business relationship with customers messaged. Honour all STOP opt-outs immediately. Reviews must be genuine — no incentivisation in breach of Google's policies.
You authorise MoreMentions to answer calls and emails on your behalf. AI agent discloses it is AI where required by law. You retain responsibility for customer communications. Call transcripts shared with business owner.
You authorise MoreMentions to update your profile, post content, and reply to reviews on your behalf. You remain responsible for accuracy. Profile must be verified and in good standing.
Fees charged monthly in advance. Non-refundable unless agreed in writing. Service may be suspended if payment not received within 7 days. 30 days notice for price changes.
MoreMentions technology is owned by Brante Media AB. AI-generated content published on your behalf is owned by you. You grant us licence to use your business information to deliver the Service.
Not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability capped at 3 months of fees paid. No guaranteed results for reviews, calls, or rankings.
30 days written notice by either party. Immediate termination for breach. Data retained 60 days after termination then deleted — export available on request.
Laws of Sweden. Disputes resolved in courts of Stockholm.
14 days notice before significant changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
